Seven ServiceOntario Employees Arrested In Auto Theft Ring – 2023Dec08
A Toronto police investigation has led to seven arrests of ServiceOntario employees. Project Safari was aimed at finding the suspects involved in a series of auto thefts throughout the city.
Suspects conspired with ServiceOntario employees that provided vehicle and driver information that would then lead to the vehicle being stolen.

Accused:
- Keerthan Mangaleswaran, 29, of Toronto 12 counts of tampering with VINs, 7 counts of possession of property obtained by crime exceeding $5,000, 4 counts of obstructing a police officer
- Gobi Yogarajah, 25 possession of property obtained by crime over $5,000, purchasing an automobile master key, possession of break-and-enter instrument and tampering with a VIN
- Milosha Ariyaratnam, 29 possession of property obtained by crime over $5,000, 11 counts of tampering with VINs
- Kajan Jokanajakam, 32, of Oshawa (obstructing justice)
- Howard Lee, 25, of Markham (fraud and other related offences)
- Doneika Jackson, 38, of Toronto (identify information trafficking and breach of trust)
- Andrea Fernandes, 30, of Vaughan (identify information trafficking and breach of trust)
